Two face charges: Cody White, 22, of South Park, and Lacey Ambrose, 21, of Butler, each face charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment stemming from a confrontation early Thursday near Second and Union streets, California police said. White had a bloody nose and Ambrose told police her cellphone was damaged. White also was charged with criminal mischief for the damage to the phone. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Joshua Kanalis. Underage drinking: Nicholas Wishard, 19, of Waynesboro, was charged by California police with underage drinking after he was found passed out on a hillside in the area of Fifth and Green streets early Sunday. Police said he was highly intoxicated and had to be taken to Monongahela Valley Hospital for treatment.

Woman assaulted: Aubrey Eakin, 28, of Washington, will be charged with harassment by state police after allegedly shoving and hitting Trisha Young early Sunday at Billy’s Bar, 2398 Jefferson Ave., Canton. Theft, receiving charges: Bruce T. Kelley Jr., 34, of 123 Church St., Washington, was charged last week with theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing an air conditioning unit from 8 Euclid Ave., Canton, earlier this month and selling it for $60 at a local scrapyard. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark. Charged in theft: Joseph E. Buddenhagen, 29, of 3090 Dividend Drive, South Franklin Township, was charged last week by state police with theft for allegedly stealing two necklaces, each valued at $400, from his fomer girlfriend’s home at 2081 Arlington Ave., Canton. The charge will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark. Marijuana, DUI charges: Jesse James McMillan, 43, of 524 Buena Vista St., Canton, was charged last week by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana amd several traffic violations stemming from an incident earlier this month. Police were on patrol at West Wylie Avenue and Chartiers Street when he reportedly ran a stop sign, almost hitting the vehicle in front of the cruiser. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of Districe Judge David Mark.

Woman charged: Police responded at 3:10 a.m. Sunday when a couple from Bethel Park became involved in a domestic disturbance at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1000 Corporate Drive, township police said.Upon arrival, police could hear Kathleen Hoffmann, 43, screaming in the hallway. Police said she was intoxicated. Her husband, Jeffrey Hoffmann, 43, was sitting on the floor. He and the surrounding walls were covered with soft drink, police said. He was not charged.Police said Kathleen Hoffmann was argumentative and said she was suffering from a diabetic emergency. Ambulance personnel were called and police took her to the hotel lobby, where she continued to be uncontrollable and became incoherent. She was transported to St. Clair Hospital, Mt. Lebanon. She will be charged by summons with harassment and one count of public intoxication, police said. Theft of bicycle: An older model, blue, 10-speed mountain bicycle was stolen from outside a residence on Georgetown Road, Lawrence, before 11:01 a.m. Saturday, township police said. Sue Sadowski said the bicycle was outside the main entrance door, but the bicycle was not secured by a lock. Assault arrest: Kaitlin D. McClung was charged with simple assault and harassment following a fight with her mother, Kelli McClung, at 7:26 p.m. Friday, township police said.Police were called to 112 Cancilla Drive, where they found Kelli McClung, 44, semiconscious in the living room with a bleeding wound on her left eyebrow, police said.The mother and daughter argued and Kaitlin McClung allegedly pushed her mother, causing her to strike a bed post, police said. Kelli McClung was taken to Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, for treatment, police said. Kaitlin McClung was arraigned by District Judge James Ellis and was placed in the Washington County Jail on $1,000 bond, police said.

Weapons, DUI charges: William Lowe, 32, of 372 Cunningham Road, Claysville, was charged last week by Houston police with possession of narcotics, having a prohibited offensive weapon and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol stemming from an Oct. 9 traffic stop. Police were called to West Pike Street for an erratic driver. When police stopped Lowe, the officer saw a large knife on the floor. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Man charged: Zack Allen Blonski, 20, of 207 Prospect St., Midway, was charged Monday by McDonald police with corruption of minors and possession of heroin. Police were notified Oct. 2 by the stepfather of a 16-year-old Midway girl that she and Blonski were together, a violation of a judge’s order placed on the 20-year-old. The two were at Panhandle Trail when police found them. Blonski ran when he saw police. She told police that Blonski was injecting heroin while she was sitting next to him. Charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge Gary Havelka.

Assault arrest: Thomas Cimrolli, 54, was charged with simple assault following an argument with Cimrolli’s wife, township police said. Police were called at 1 a.m. Sunday to 2763 Locust Drive, McMurray, and found his wife with an injury to the top of her head. The report did not indicate if she required medical treatment. Cimrolli was arraigned before District Judge James Ellis and was released on his own recognizance. Drug charges: A 17-year-old township boy was found with a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia when township police responded to a report of an underage drinking party at 9:15 p.m. Friday, township police said. No party was found but when police arrived in the 100 block of Elizabeth Drive, the teen was seen attempting to place the items in his pocket, police said. Juvenile petitions of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana will be filed, police said.

Faces DUI charge: Ashlie Gracan, 20, of Monessen, will be charged by state police with DUI and failure to stay on the road stemming from a crash Wednesday night on Bigler Road near Lincoln Avenue, Somerset. State police said she was driving south when her vehicle went off the road and hit a brick wall. She was taken to Monongahela Valley Hospital for treatment.

Wallet stolen: Kathleen Nestor of Canonsburg told South Strabane police Saturday that her wallet containing credit cards was stolen while she was visiting at the home of Tonya Papa, 10 Vance Station Road. Retail theft charge: Danielle Metts, 43, of 130 Sugar Maple Circle, North Franklin Township, will be charged by South Strabane police with felony retail theft for allegedly stealing $35 in items from Walmart, Trinity Point, Saturday. Charged with loitering: Aaron M. Spears, 26, of 344 Locust Ave., Washington, was arrested Saturday by South Strabane police in the 700 block of Michigan Avenue after officers responded to a report of vehicles being entered. When police arrived, four people ran, including Spears. He was caught by police and reportedly gave them a false middle name and birth date. He was arrraigned before District Judge James Ellis on charges of loitering and prowling at night, disorderly conduct and false identification to police. He was placed in the Washington County jail on $1,000 bond.

Dog stolen: Alex Ashley of 405 Allison Ave., Apt. 1, Washington, reported that his pit bull, named Deago, was stolen from his home Sunday. The dog is golden brown in color and was wearing a blue collar. Plate stolen: John Keirs of 645 Ewing St., Washington, reported to police the license plate was stolen from his recreational vehicle Sunday while it was parked in his backyard. Assault reported: Tywaan Burke, 34, of 97 Ansail Road, Pittsburgh reported to police he was assaulted by four or five people outside the VIP on North Main Street about 1 a.m. Saturday. Burke refused medical treatment for his injuries. Theft reported: Codi Fuller of 14 Mark Ave., Washington, reported to police someone entered her vehicle and stolen her wallet while it was parked outside Foodland on Henderson Avenue. Assault arrest: Richard Watts, 26, of 148 Jollick Manor, Washington, was arrested Sunday for allegedly assaulting Amberly Pettit, 32, of 725 Fayette St., Washington, at her home. According to police, Watts struck Pettit several times in the head around 3 a.m. He was arraigned on charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment by District Judge James Ellis and placed in the county jail on $20,000 straight bond. Theft reported: Doris Block of 1294 Donnan Ave., Apt. C1, Washington, reported to police that her wallet was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked outside her home Saturday.
