Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.Appearing before Judge Katherine B. Emery were:David Robl, 54, of 59 Dunn Ave., Washington; hit and run, driving with a suspended license related to driving under the influence; charged Jan. 16, 2004, on East Maiden Street in Washington; sentence – 60 days to 12 months in jail.Brandon R. Allen, 21, of 440 E. Chestnut St., Washington; first DUI offense, false identification; charged Aug. 29 following a traffic stop on North Main Street in South Strabane Township with a 0.168 percent blood-alcohol content; sentence – 72 hours to 12 months in jail, $1,000 fine, drug and alcohol evaluation and treatment, driver’s license suspension.Troy R. Patterson, 38, of 1364 Deerfield Road, Washington; two counts of disorderly conduct; charged June 9 on East Maiden Street in Washington; sentence – 9 to 18 months in jail.Christina N. Naill, 22, of 93 Browntown Road, Avella; two counts of burglary and criminal conspiracy; charged for breaking into 40 Cherry Creek Road, Burgettstown, Nov. 29, and 167 Bulger-Candor Road, Smith Township, on Dec. 6; sentence – 6 to 35 months in jail.
