Police hold food bank benefit drive

A food drive is under way by Southwest Regional police to benefit those served by the Greater Washington County Food Bank in Eighty Four.Donations of canned goods and nonperishable food products are being accepted from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at the department’s North Sector Operations, 3904 Finleyville-Elrama Road, Union Township.Police are asking people to not donate cash, glass or open items.
