Six members of the West Greene FFA Chapter attended the National FFA Convention Oct. 23-27 in Indianapolis, Ind.The four-member Livestock Evaluation team representing Prennsylvania competed in the National Livestock career development event and earned a bronze award. These members were Kaitlyn Jones, Cody McClellan, Mandi Burns and Travis Black. Jones earned a gold award.Two Greene County FFA members, Cassie Orndorf from Waynesburg FFA Chapter and Justin Ziefel from West Greene FFA Chapter, earned the American FFA Degree, the highest award an active member can receive.
