Criminal mischief: Joshua Douglas Keener, 65, of Walnut Hill Road, Dilliner, told police someone damaged the garage door at this residence at 5 a.m. Sunday and then fled the scene.Accident reported: Anthony G. Smith of Morgantown, W.Va., was involved in an accident at 9 a.m. Sunday along Bobtown Road at Holbert Stretch. Police said Smith fell asleep behind the wheel before striking two road signs and a telephone pole. No injuries were reported.

Disorderly conduct citation: State police cited Pamela Kiger, 35, of Holbrook, and Shelby Price, 21, of Uniontown, with disorderly conduct after an altercation at 6 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot of Rush’s Grocery during a child custody exchange.FRANKLINTwo-vehicle crash: Police said a pickup truck operated by Alan L. Gansch, 55, of Waynesburg, pulled out from Gensler Circle onto west Roy Furman Highway at 10:07 a.m. Sunday, striking a vehicle driven by Katlyn C. Pribelsky, 22, of Berlin. Priblesky then veered off into a closed lane and struck a piece of heavy machinery. Neither party was injured in the crash, according to police.
