SOUTH STRABANE Man injured in crash: A Lancaster County man was flown by medical helicopter to a Pittsburgh hospital Thursday following a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 70 west near mile marker 18 in South Strabane Township. According to state police, Levi J. Raber, 67, of Stevens, was traveling west on I-70 at 4 p.m. when his vehicle struck an embankment and overturned several times. Police said Raber was ejected from the vehicle and flown to Allegheny General Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

WASHINGTON Hubcap stolen: Gabrielle Milchak of Fayetteville, N.C., told Washington police Thursday that a hubcap was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked in the 700 block of Ewing Street.

Man cited: Kip Morrison, 40, of 566 Galaxy Drive, Canton Township, was cited Thursday for disorderly conduct after he allegedly refused to cooperate with city police when officers responded at 10:45 p.m. to a report of people fighting outside 425 Baird Ave. Police said Morrison refused multiple police orders and swore at officers.
