Disorderly conduct: Brandon Grim-Bradley, no age given, of Carmichaels, was charged with disorderly conduct and loitering or prowling at night after police were called to a domestic dispute Sept. 17 at the Cedarwood Apartments, township police said.
Man cited: Kenneth Mansberry, no age given, of Carmichaels, was charged with disorderly conduct and prohibited acts following a noise complaint Sept. 16 in Nemacolin, township police said.
Theft: Jamie Carter, no age given, of Carmichaels, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing a gas can Sept. 10, township police said.
Retail theft: Cody Kirk, no age given, of Point Marion, was charged with retail theft Sept. 18 for allegedly stealing items from the Sheetz store, township police said.
Theft: Gerald Minor, no age given, of Jefferson, was charged with conspiracy to commit burglary, theft and receiving stolen property after he and another person stole copper Jan. 26, township police said.
False identification: Michael Mann, no age given, of Carmichaels, was charged with false identification Sept. 20 after he gave police a false name when they attempted to arrest him on a warrant, township police said.
Trespass: Pauline Reffer, no age given, of Nemacolin, was cited for criminal trespass Sept. 10 when she remained on property after being told to leave by the property owner, township police said.
Public drunkenness: Deborah Riley, no age given, of Carmichaels, was cited for public drunkenness after being found lying in the road Sept. 13 in Cumberland Village, township police said.
Burglary: A house on Creek Road was entered Sept. 20 and property was stolen, state police said. The house is owned by Joseph A. Larkin of Jefferson.
Man arrested: Billy Joe Varner, 26, of Rices Landing, was arrested Sept. 13 on Route 88 after allegedly being found in possession of a small amount of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Police said they had to use substantial force to take Varner into custody.
