WAYNESBURG – A Nemacolin woman pleaded guilty Friday before Greene County Judge William Nalitz to driving under the influence of alcohol.

Kimberly Jean Michels, 33, of 256 Grant St., was stopped by Cumberland Township police Oct. 28 after she was observed driving erratically on Route 21. She failed a field sobriety test. A blood test indicated a blood-alcohol content of 0.150 percent, police said.

Michels was sentenced to 48 hours to 6 months in jail and fined $525.

Her license will be suspended for 30 days.
