Highland Ridge Community Development Corp will host a town hall and neighborhood watch meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Nazareth Baptist Church, 123 N. Lincoln St., Washington.

The speaker will be Nancy Carr, who will talk about her job at the 911 Emergency Call Center. There also will be an update on the Route 19 corridor project.
