Flood advisory in effect for Washington Co. until 1:30 a.m.

The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for Washington County and other Pennsylvania counties until 1:30 a.m. Thursday.

The weather service said 1 to 2 inches of rain had fallen over a three-hour period in the advisory area and it was possible another 1 to 2 inches of rain would fall.

Also mentioned in the advisory are Allegheny and Beaver counties in Pennsylvania and Hancock County in West Virginia.
