Work to begin on Route 88

A section of northbound Route 88 between Main Street (Route 2039) and Morton Street in East Bethlehem Township will have a single-lane restriction so that a retaining wall can be stabilized.

Work will begin April 29 and last through the middle of June. Work will be done 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Traffic restrictions include a closure of northbound Route 88 through the work zone, with flaggers during working hours. The road will open during nonworking hours.
