At its monthly meeting Thursday night, the Washington County Authority approved a sales agreement with Quattro Investment Group LP on 30 acres in Southpointe II, adjacent to the Town Center project.
That land is broken up into three parcels, one of which will be the site of the future Ansys Inc. headquarters and another the site of a 150,000-square-foot office building.
The panel gave Quattro a new, four-month option on the third parcel after a client that had been lined up backed out.
The authority also approved an easement for a sewer force main in the mixed-use park. The force main runs along Southpointe Boulevard to the Canonsburg-Houston Joint Authority and will serve residential developments around the north end of Southpointe.
Also in Southpointe II, the authority approved a deed of easement to eventually turn over a sewer line it installed on Woodcliff Drive to the Cecil Township Municipal Authority.
