Police: Mom and son, 11, found dead in Ohio garage

TOLEDO, Ohio – Police in northwest Ohio say a woman and her 11-year-old son were found dead in a garage in what they think was a murder-suicide.

The two victims were found hanging in a garage in Toledo late Monday night. A police spokesman says the two were found by the woman’s boyfriend after he got home from work.

Investigators said that the woman left a suicide note.

Police identified the two as 48-year-old Kim Hassler and her son Andrew Hassler. Autopsies will be done on both victims.
