Severe thunderstorm watch issued for Washington, Greene counties

The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Washington and Greene counties and the surrounding area.

The thunderstorm watch is in effect until 11 p.m. for all counties in Western Pennsylvania.

The watch was issued at 3:45 p.m. and also includes Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion Fayette, Forest, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango and Westmoreland.
