Injured driver charged: Dylan A. Musolino, 20, of Claysville, was charged with failing to drive at a safe speed following an accident Wednesday evening. State police reported Musolino was driving on Route 844 in front of Isaly’s market when his vehicle struck the back of a car operated by John R. Petersavage, 63, of Bridgeville, which was stopped for traffic. Musolino’s vehicle then struck a concrete barrier. Washington Ambulance & Chair Service took Musolino to Washington Hospital, where he was treated for an unknown injury.

Criminal mischief: State police said the front door of the Oak Street home of Erika Lynn Pinkney was damaged between 9 a.m. and noon Saturday.

Woman sought: State police have obtained an arrest warrant for Melinda Headlee, 40, address unknown, in connection with a fire set at 3:10 a.m. Sunday. Police said Headlee arrived at the 2nd Street home of Donald Price, 43, and started a fire inside his vehicle, damaging the interior, then fled. Charges have been filed.
