Simple assault charge: Mark Johnson, 49, of Bobtown faces a charge of simple assault for allegedly striking Charles Stallman, 49, of Dilliner, in the face at 1 a.m. Saturday on Dazelle Street, state police said. Stallman had severe swelling and an injury to his left eye, police said.
