Awesome Bunch captures senior bowling championship

Results of the Greene County Senior Bowling League matches April 24 at Meadowlands Lanes, Washington, have been announced.

• Awesome Bunch won four games from the Freeloaders. Don Lindley bowled a 189 high game and a 513 high series for the Awesome Bunch. Betty Tyler bowed a 178 high game and a 446 high series for the Freeloaders.

• Greene Acres won three games and lost one to Fab Four. Randy Skelley bowled a 161 high game and a 417 high series for Greene Acres. George Wilmer bowled a 163 high game and John Clark bowled a 449 high series for Fab Four.

• Pins & Needles won four games from Easy Rollers. Frank Fritchman bowled a 179 high game and a 515 high series for Pins & Needles. Carl Hoy bowled a 157 high game and a 436 high series for Easy Rollers.

• Happy Times won four games from Hardly Able. Allan Morris bowled a 167 high game and a 456 high series for Happy Times. Bob Strope bowled a 173 high game and a 426 high series for Hardly dAble.

• The Awesome Bunch won the Greene County Senior League Championship. Team members are Don Lindley, Russ Grim, Harold King and Nellie Fritchman.
