Numerous people appeared in Washington County Court recently on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Joseph W. Crile, 34, of 478 Dividing Ridge Road, Waynesburg; driving under the influence of alcohol; charged and May 26, 2012, and Dec. 15; sentence – 5 days to 6 months in jail, $1,500 fine.

Jesse J. McMillan, 43, of 524 Buena Vista St., Washington; DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged Oct. 6; sentence – 6 months of home monitoring, $1,200 fine, 2-year license suspension.

Tammy S. Macherosky, 41, of 534 Springdale Road, Eighty Four; theft; charged Oct. 19; sentence – 60 days to 12 months of home monitoring, no contact with victims.

Michelle L. Mueller, 29, of 24 Circle Drive, Finleyville; conspiracy to commit robbery; charged Nov. 24; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with work release.

Tyrone A. Lett, 44, of 28 Raven Drive, Canonsburg; second offense of DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged Dec. 7; sentence – 90 days to 18 months on home monitoring with the first 30 days on SCRAM-X with work release, 18-month license suspension, $2,500 fine.

Corey J. Montgomery, 34, of 215 Locust St., Bentleyville; retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft; charged Jan. 13, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation with the first 3 months on intensive supervision, $100 restitution.

Charles H. Davies, 22, of 2194 Prospect Road, Prospect; DUI; charged Dec. 15; sentence – 10 days to 6 months of home monitoring with work release, 12-month license suspension, $300 fine.

James D. Smalley, 41, of 731 1/5 Lincoln Ave., Charleroi; two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 3, 2012, and charged April 2; sentence – 24 months of probation.

Michael I. Mackor Jr., 46, of 2787 Main St., Beallsville; two second offenses of DUI; charged Aug. 11 and Feb. 23; sentence – 48 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with the first 180 days on home monitoring and SCRAM-X, 36-month license suspension, $1,500 fine.

Kellie A. Higgins, 25, of 449 Francis Ave., Monongahela; possession of a controlled substance, reckless endangerment; charged Jan. 29; sentence – 4 to 12 months in jail followed by 12 months of probation.

Angelina I. Atkinson, 26, of 575 McClelland Road Rear, Canonsburg; DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 22; sentence – 7 days to 6 months in jail followed by 6 months of probation, 12-month license suspension, $1,000 fine.

John F. Russell, 42, of Prosperity; retail theft, theft from a motor vehicle, fleeing; charged Jan. 11, 2005, and Nov. 19, 2010; sentence – 4 to 23 months in jail followed by 12 months of probation.

Nathaniel K. Gardner III, 48, of 15 Wabash Ave., Hickory; selling noncontrolled substance upon representation that the substance was a controlled; charged Nov. 8, 2011; sentence – 3 years of probation, continue with treatment.

Taryll Skaggs, 37, of 271 Red Run Road, Smithton; two counts of retail theft; charged May 24, 2012; sentence – 9 to 18 months in jail, $396 restitution, banned from Walmart.

Brian J. Jackson, 24, of 99 Clay Taylor Ridge Road, Claysville; third offense of DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged April 15, 2012; sentence – 23 months in the Restrictive Intermediate Punishment Program with the first 12 months on home monitoring, $3,500 fine, $773 restitution, 100 hours of community service, 30-month license suspension.

Christopher P. Clark, 27, of 2216 Belmont Ave., Washington; theft, simple possession; charged Jan. 26; sentence – 1 to 12 months in jail, no contact with victim.

David J. Lewis, no age available, of 55 W. Katherine Ave., Washington; three counts of theft, conspiracy to commit theft; charged Nov. 1 and charged Nov. 30; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, $2,346 restitution to Walmart, no contact with Walmart.

Crystal D. Henderson, 36, of 3444 Orchard St., Weirton, W.Va.; theft; charged June 11, 2012; sentence – 24 months of probation, $8,279 restitution to REM Enterprises, banned from Huddle House Restaurant.

Donald L. Smith Jr., 27, of 434 Old Pike St., Canonsburg; public intoxication; charged Sept. 9; sentence – $100 fine.

Jason J. Bonacci, 27, of 1725 Texas Ave., West Mifflin; possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged April 24; sentence – 12 months of probation.

John M. Dixon, 52, of 2648 Monterrey Drive, Pittsburgh; DUI, public drunkenness; charged Jan. 27; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in jail, 12-month license suspension, $1,000 fine.

James L. May, 43, of 811 Wood St., Richeyville; second offense of DUI; charged Feb. 4, 2012; sentence – 6 months of IPP with the first 2 months on home monitoring and first month on SCRAM-X, 12-month license suspension, $750 fine.

Teresa A. Heyman, 47, of 565 Fayette St., Washington; DUI; charged Jan. 5; sentence – 7 days to 6 months on home monitoring, $500 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Shawn C. Poling, 27, of 68 Blanche Road, Fredericktown; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 25; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Gary R. Fordyce, 55, of 475 West Railroad Road, Sycamore; corruption of minors, indecent assault; charged July 27; sentence – 23 months of intensive supervision probation with the first 5 months in jail and the second 4 months on SCRAM-X followed by another 5 years of probation; lifetime Megan’s Law registration; no contact with victim.
