Speers bridge to be restricted

PennDOT District 12 is alerting motorists that there will be lane restrictions on the Speers/Belle Vernon Bridge that carries Interstate 70 across the Monongahela River.

There will be single-lane restrictions for three weeks starting Tuesday. The restrictions will be in place Mondays through Thursdays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. so that a routine bridge inspection can take place.
