WAYNESBURG – Fifteen families being served by Community Action Southwest benefited from the generosity of Strad Energy Services’ Waynesburg office this Thanksgiving.

Strad Energy Services purchased and delivered enough turkeys, potatoes, vegetables, rolls and pumpkin pies to ensure the families had a holiday meal last week.

Strad Energy Services and Community Action Southwest coordinated the distribution last Tuesday in Waynesburg so the families could pick up the items for their meals.

Staff members from Strad Energy Services participated in the distribution by boxing up the food items and helping families out to their cars.

“We are truly excited about our new partnership with Strad,” said Community Action Southwest’s Chief Executive Officer Darlene Bigler. “We are looking forward to working with Strad this holiday season and into the future.”
