Flatbed stolen: Pinnacle Transport of Indiana told state police one of its flatbed trailers was stolen between Nov. 12 and 19 from a parking lot off the Claysville exit from Interstate 70, police reported Friday.

Woman jailed: Tonya L. White, 32, of 432 Liberty Ave., Donora, is charged by borough police with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia over accusations she had three stamp bags of heroin and syringes about 11:15 p.m. Nov. 29 at 416 Allen Ave., while police were there investigating a disturbance, court records show. White is in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond set Thursday by District Judge Mark Wilson.
