Numerous people appeared recently in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge Katherine B. Emery were:

Anthony Cimino, 32, of 834 W. Grant St., Houston; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 7, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Brent M. Amendola, 29, of 214 W. Country Barn Road, Houston; simple assault; charged April 25; sentence – 24 months of probation, attend anger management class, perform 50 hours of community service and undergo mental health evaluations.

Karen Korowicki, 45, of 131 Bench Ave., Washington; hindering apprehension; charged May 9; 23 months of probation.

Freddie Kimbrew, 29, of 464 East Hallam Ave., Washington; retail theft; charged June 11; sentence – 12 months of probation and have no contact with T.J.Maxx in Peters Township.

Brent Large, 27, of 86 Lincoln Ave., Donora; resisting arrest; charged June 12; 12 months of probation.

Julan Seidel, 23, of 214 Lincoln Ave., Bentleyville; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged July 12; 12 months in the probation without verdict program.

Frances L. Harrison, 66, of 604 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; retail theft; charged July 17; sentence – 12 months of probation and have no contact with Dollar General.

Tiffany D. Stewart, 30, of 1030 Shutterly Ave., California; receiving stolen property, forgery and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged April 15; sentence – 23 months of probation, undergo drug and alcohol evaluations and pay $1,072 in restitution to victim.

Joshua Posa, 22, of 138 Sunrise Drive, Pittsburgh; forgery; charged Nov. 13, 2012; sentence – 23 months of probation, continue drug and alcohol treatment and pay $875 in restitution to victim.

Archie Adamson, 24, of 35 Indiana St., Wheeling, W.Va.; criminal mischief; charged April 2, 2012; sentence – 23 months of probation and have no contact with victim.

Jacob Anderson, 28, of 141 Fairway Landing Drive, Canonsburg; robbery; charged July 16; sentence – 1 to 2 years in state prison with an additional 3 years for a probation violation, pay $399 in restitution to Walmart and have no contact with the company.

Jason P. Naquin, 38, of Breaux Bridge, La.; disorderly conduct and public drunkenness; charged April 5; sentence – fined $325 and pay restitution to be determined.

Aubrey O. McDaniels, 52, of 1115 McEwen Ave., Canonsburg; fourth offense of driving under the influence of alcohol; charged May 25; sentence – 18 to 36 months in state prison and fined $2,500.

Jacob Kronemer, 40, of 611 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 14; previous sentence revoked – 3 to 12 months in county jail followed by 1 year of probation.

Theodore W. Takacs, 21, of 482 Lake Road, West Alexander; drug possession with intent to deliver and DUI first offense; charged July 10, 2012; sentence – 6 to 23 months in county jail, forfeit $553 to drug task force and receive 12-month license suspension.

Daniel Luckey, 29, of 94 Nutt Ave., Uniontown; DUI first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 23, 2012; sentence – 72 hours to 6 months in county jail, 12 months of probation, fined $1,000 and receive 12-month license suspension.

Joshua A. Schaefer, 24, of 59 Fourth St., California; driving with a suspended or revoked license and disorderly conduct; charge July 25; fined $225.

Mark W. McCracken Jr., 36, of 65 Henderson Ave., Washington; DUI second offense, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 18, 2009; sentence – 90 days to 18 months in county jail, fined $1,700, receive 18 months licenses suspension, ignition interlock.

Appearing before Judge John F. DiSalle were:

Mark McCracken, 36, of 65 Henderson Ave., Washington; harassment and theft; charged Sept. 11, 2012; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged May 16; sentence – 12 months of probation; pay restitution and have no contact with victim.

Raquel R. Bryner, 22, of 256 Lacock St., Washington; possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Aug. 31; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Several people were admitted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for 12 months for first offenses of DUI. If they successfully complete the program they can petition to have their records expunged. Admitted were:

Michael Ginger, 28, of 431 Norman Ave., Donora; Dimitrius M. Hutcherson, 53, of 126 Stallion Road, Clinton; Kenneth C. Brand, 41, of Route 7, Fairmont, W.Va.; Benjamin E. Baker, 23, of 144 E. Hillsboro Road, Amity; Teri M. Barone, 46, of 804 W. Main St., Monongahela; Gary Coleman, 21, of 208 Ridge Ave., Washington.
