The following people were sentenced recently in Washington County Court.

Appearing before Judge Edward J. Borkowski were:

Jessica Benning, 27, of 70 Dairy Road, Charleroi; driving under the influence of alcohol second offense; charged Jan. 20; sentence – 6 to 23 months in county jail followed by 6 months of electronic home monitoring, pay $201 in restitution to Peters Township, fined $1,500, 18-month license suspension.

Nicole L. Hall, 21, of 50 Bel Air Drive, Washington; DUI first offense and driving with a revoked or suspended license; charged June 1; sentence – 6 months of probation, fined $500.

Shantasia C. Kirchell, 20, of 33 Mill St., Sandy Lake; DUI second offense; charged March 17; sentence – 90 days to 18 months in state prison concurrent to other sentence she is serving, fined $1,500.

Lesley Mycyk, 36, of 141 First Ave., New Eagle; DUI first offense; charged June 4; sentence – 3 days to 6 months in county jail, fined $1,000, 12-month license suspension.

Dana L. Fields, 29, of 1370 ½ Allison Ave., Washington; DUI second offense; charged Feb. 2; 60 days to 6 months of electronic home monitoring, fined $750, attend repeat offenders program.

Daniel J. Hobaugh, 24, of 521 Rear Eighth Ave., Irwin; DUI second offense; charged July 11, 2012; sentence – 6 to 23 months of electronic home monitoring, fined $1,500; attend repeat offenders program.

Andre L. Johnson, 23, of 3651 Harlow Place, Pittsburgh; DUI first offense; charged June 22; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in county jail, 6 months of probation, fined $500.

Tracy S. Magnelli, 48, of 1991 N. Main St., Washington; possession of marijuana; charged June 27; sentence – 30 days of probation.

Marti D. Brown, 24, of 221 Lincoln Terrace, Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged Aug. 8, 2011; sentence – 2 days to 23 months in jail.

Helena D. Fischer, 37, of 805 Ewing St., Washington; possession with intent to deliver; charged Oct. 15, 2012; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with the first 6 months on home monitoring with work release.

Antwon D. Brooks, 27, of 1113 Kennedy St., Duquesne; possession with intent to deliver; charged Nov. 22, 2011; sentence – 7 to 23 months in jail.

Alphonso G. Griffin Jr., 22, of 155 Valleyview Drive, Finleyville; possession with intent to deliver; charged June 21; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail with work release.

Hannah Shoup, no age listed, 202 Mcadam Ave., Washington; possession of a small amount of marijuana, windshield obstruction, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Jan. 17; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 6 months.

Kevin L. Suber, 24, of 608 Park Manor, Monessen; possession of drug paraphernalia, false identification to law enforcement; charged Nov. 10, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation.

Casey O. Bergman, 31, of 721 Beech St., Washington; disorderly conduct; charged Oct. 28, 2009; sentence – $30 restitution, $200 fine.

Vontey L. Johnson, 30, of 300 Donnan Ave., Apt. 4, Washington; terroristic threats, resisting arrest; charged Aug. 19; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, no contact with victim, 12 months of probation.

Jason J. Platt, 29, of 12 Wylie Ave. Rear, Strabane; second offense of DUI; charged July 26; sentence – 6 to 18 months in jail with the first 6 months on home monitoring with work release, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension, 12-month ignition interlock.

William J. Stankowski, 44, of 125 Jollick Manor, Washington; DUI; charged July 14; sentence – 2 days to 6 months in jail, $500 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Damien L. Staley, 32, of 408 Front St., Apt. 23, Fredericktown; second offense of DUI; charged May 25; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail with the first 30 days on home monitoring, $300 fine, 12-month license suspension, 12-month ignition interlock.

Walter S. Trubiani, 36, of 16 Montraver Drive, Monessen; second offense of DUI; charged July 28; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with the first six months on home monitoring, $1 restitution, $1,500 fine, 18-month license suspension, 12-month ignition interlock.

Peter P. Humbert, 26, of 6004 Stonecreek Lane, Washington; third offense of DUI; charged Feb. 9; sentence – 1 to 5 years in jail, 6 months on SCRAM, $2,500 fine, 18-month license suspension, 12-month ignition interlock. In a separate DUI case stemming from an April 21 arrest, Humbert was sentenced to 30 days to 23 months in jail, $500 fine, 18-month license suspension, 12-month ignition interlock.

Candace C. Wade, 22, of 468 Motheral St., Monessen; second offense of DUI; charged May 26; sentence – 60 days to 6 months in jail with the first 60 days on home monitoring with work release, $750 fine, 12-month license suspension, 12-month ignition interlock.

Daniel J. Cortese, 38, of 640 Division St., Monessen; DUI; charged Aug. 5, 2012; sentence – $300 fine, 6 months of probation.

Toby J. McCann, 40, of 178 Lynn Road, Washington; manufacture/possession with intent; charged Nov. 6, 2010; sentence – 6 to 12 months in jail.

Amber J. Neidermeyer, 33, of 245 Meldon Ave., Donora; possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 21, 2012; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 23 months.

Karen M. Piccione, 55, of 209 First Ave., Monongahela; open lewdness; charged April 30; sentence – 12 months of probation.

William Dietz, 19, of 1221 Lookout Avenue, Charleroi; corruption of minors; charged Oct. 10, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation, no contact with minor.

Stephen W. Crowe, 28, of 4119 Rear Kennywood Blvd., West Mifflin; possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 11; sentence – 12 months of probation, 60 days on home monitoring with work release, $500 fine.

Shawn L. Hartzog, 39, of 193 Marra Ave., Washington; retail theft, terroristic threats, simple assault; charged Dec. 6, 2011, and June 7; sentence – 3 months in jail, 6 months on high-impact supervision, 36 months of probation, restitution to victim and Giant Eagle to be determined, no contact with victim.

Natalie Fine, 36, of 731 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi; two counts of disorderly conduct; charged Aug. 29, 2012, and Aug. 25; sentence – 6 months in jail, 6 months of probation.

Paul A. Rusnak Jr., 30, of 34 1/2 Decker St., Monongahela; simple assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft; charged May 19 and 31 and Oct. 23, 2012; sentence – 6 to 24 months in jail, $250 restitution, 18 months of probation, banned from 7-11 in New Eagle, no contact with victim.

Timothy M. Tortorice, 47, of 109 Fairview Ave., Elrama; harassment, intimidation of a witness; charged Sept. 8 and Oct. 2, 2012; sentence – 90 days to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, no contact with victims.

Ashley S. Matthews, 26, of 605 Reed Ave., Monessen; access device fraud; charged March 24, 2011; sentence – $4,773.72 restitution, 23 months IPP with the first 3 months in jail followed by high-impact supervision.

William Harps, 47, of Washington County Jail; escape; charged May 3; sentence – 1 to 12 months in jail.

Korey R. Keener, 31, of 1270 Route 40 West, Claysville; terroristic threats; charged June 5; sentence – 5 to 12 months in jail, no contact with victim.

Dane Luster, 38, of 436 Valley St., McDonald; recklessly endangering another person, simple assault; charged April 23; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail, 12 months of probation, no contact with victim.

Bruce J. Beard, 51, of 5 S. Main St., Fairchance; fraudulently alter/forge/counter title, registration or inspection; charged April 6; sentence – 2 to 12 months on home monitoring.

Raymond E. Kennedy, 54, of 680 Old Ridge Road, Avella; DUI; charged Oct. 9, 2012; sentence – 48 hours to 6 months in jail, 12-month license suspension, $1,000 fine.

Dean A. Brooks, 24, of 3 Antil Ave., McDonald; DUI; charged April 23; sentence – 96 hours to 6 months on home monitoring, $300 fine.

Amy J. Trusler, 46, of 3017 National Pike, Daisytown; DUI; charged March 1; sentence – 96 hours to 6 months on home monitoring, $1,000 fine, 12-month license suspension.

Admitted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders were:
