NEW BRIGHTON (AP) – Police have an arrest warrant for a Western Pennsylvania man charged with sexually fondling his daughter’s friend during a sleepover.

The Beaver County Times reported New Brighton Area police have filed charges, but not yet arrested, 42-year-old William Maybray Jr.

He’s charged with aggravated indecent assault and other crimes stemming from information that he fondled the 14-year-old girl while she slept on the couch at his home in June.

The girl told police she fell asleep watching a movie to find Maybray asking if he could sit on the couch next to her. She fell asleep again and woke up to find herself naked, with Maybray on top of her and fondling her.

Police said the girl kicked Maybray and told him to stop, and he gave her a blanket and left.

Maybray doesn’t have a listed phone.
