The Court Cases listing on Dec. 13 incorrectly reported that Brenda Bercosky was to serve 30 days to six months in jail for her driving under the influence conviction. Bercosky was sentenced to serve the first 30 days on electronic home monitoring and will be on probation for the remaining five months.
