DUI charge: Nicholl L. Cameron, 41, of 146 Acme Road, North Strabane Township, faces driving under influence charges and other citations after Canonsburg police said she crashed into two utility poles in the Veterans of Foreign Wars parking lot at 537 Ash Alley and tried to leave the scene early Thursday morning. Police said they found her sitting inside her damaged sport utility vehicle on a nearby borough street about 2:30 a.m. No one was injured. One of the poles was heavily damaged.

Home burglarized: A Union Township woman told Southwest Regional police someone burglarized her Elrama Avenue home early Tuesday morning and stole a ring worth about $100 and $30 cash.

Warrant served: Kenneth L. Brooks Jr., 20, whose last known address was on Sycamore Avenue in Washington, is charged by state police with possession of drug paraphernalia. He is accused of having a pipe containing marijuana residue when police served a sealed search warrant on his residence May 22. He is in Washington County jail on $5,000 bond after being arrested on a warrant Thursday and arraigned before District Judge Larry Hopkins.
