Burglary report: Patty Davis, 67, of 110 Back St., told Southwest Regional police a burglary took place at her residence Friday.

Diesel stolen: More than 2,000 gallons of diesel fuel, two deer cameras and a fuel pumps worth a combined $8,400 were stolen from Neiswonger Construction Inc. at 1994 Morey Road in Deemston early Friday, state police said.

Theft arrest: Kevin J. Temoff, 22, of 1037 Fourth Ave., Elizabeth, is charged by borough police with theft and receiving stolen property, court records show. He is accused of stealing copper fittings and tubing about 2:20 p.m. Nov. 18 from his employer, Jed’s Heating & Cooling, and selling them for $137 to a Monongahela scrapyard, the affidavit states. He is in Washington County jail on $10,000 bond after being arrested on a warrant Monday and arraigned before District Judge Mark Wilson.

Fight leads to charges: Three people face charges following a fight inside a Morris Township, Washington County, home Monday night. State police said they were called to 1957 Craft Creek Road about 11:30 p.m. for a report of a fight. They cited Windy Lee Baker, 30, and Billie Maxwell, 56, both of Claysville, with harassment. Police said the third person, Corey Alan Maxwell, 29, of Claysville, left the house and will be charged with simple assault and harassment.

Vandalism: The paper recycling bin in the parking lot of St. Benedict the Abbot Church was set on fire, damaging the bin, township police said. Church staff discovered the fire and extinguished it without calling the fire department. The vandalism was reported at 4 p.m. Monday.

Escapee sought: State police are seeking the whereabouts of Michael R. Magiske, 28, of Monongahela, after he failed to return to Riverside Community Corrections Center about 12:50 a.m. Tuesday. He has been sentenced to live there for two years for forgery, police said.

Drug arrests: Javarr Marcel Thomas, 18, of 95 Sumner Ave., Washington, and Trevon James McCrary, 19, of Pittsburgh, are each charged by township police with drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and two firearms violations, court records show. Police accuse them of having 11 stamp bags of heroin, a small amount of cocaine and two loaded firearms early Tuesday in a room at Motel 6, 1283 Motel 6 Drive. They are in Washington County jail each on $100,000 bond set by District Judge Larry Hopkins.

Home burglarized: A home in the 200 block of Linn Avenue in Washington was burglarized between Dec. 24 and 28, city police said. An exercise bike, bed mattress and baby stroller were stolen in the burglary.
