SALTSBURG, Pa. (AP) — Officials say the owner of a western Pennsylvania gun shop has been shot and killed and another man wounded in the store.

Indiana County Deputy Coroner Jerry Overman identifies the victim as 62-year-old Frank Petro, the longtime owner of Frank’s Gun & Taxidermy Shop in Saltsburg. Overman says Petro was shot multiple times.

District Attorney Patrick Dougherty says the wounded man, Jack Edmundson, was taken to a Pittsburgh hospital following the shooting around 2 p.m. Tuesday.

Authorities are investigating the circumstances of the shooting.
