Firearms stolen: Dewey Dean Wise of Windy Gap Road told state police an unknown person stole two firearms from his residence Wednesday afternoon.

Harassment charge: Robert Joseph Sweany, Jr., 33, of Millsboro, was charged by state police with harassment after he got into a physical altercation with Jared Blosser of Jefferson at the Jefferson Hotel Wednesday night.
