A safety seminar for horse owners is planned March 23 at Finleyville Volunteer Fire Department, 3562 Washington Ave.

The “Save Your Horse” seminar, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., will include new and updated information. Some of the topics include working with emergency responders, an overview of lifting techniques, safe horse hauling and barn fire safety.
