Hit-and-run: A Waynesburg woman will face charges, including driving under the influence of alcohol, after her vehicle allegedly knocked down a light pole on High Street at 7 p.m. Thursday, Waynesburg police said. Diana L. Kramer, 47, failed to stop after her vehicle ran onto the curb in front of First National Bank and struck the pole, police said. A witness noted her license plate number, and she was arrested shortly afterward. Police said Kramer will be charged with DUI, hit-and-run and careless driving.
