Several people were recently admitted into the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first-time offenders. If they successful complete the program, they can petition the court to expunge their records.

Appearing before DiSalle were:

David Doroshkevich, 19, of 973 Grant St., Monessen, was admitted for 12 months for recklessly endangering another person, careless driving, minor prohibited from operating with alcohol and purchasing alcohol by a minor. He was charged following a one-vehicle crash Aug. 31 in the 400 block of Dally Road in Long Branch.

Kenneth J. Hilderbrand Jr., 48, of 180 Old Scales Road, Washington, was admitted for 12 months for disorderly conduct. He was charged following a traffic stop Feb. 17, 2012, along Franklin Farms Road in North Franklin Township.

Appearing before Emery was:

Rodney G. Gilmer, 22, of Grapeland, Texas, was admitted for 12 months and received a 12-month license suspension for DUI. He was charged for refusing a breath test after police found him slumped over the wheel of his vehicle June 20 while it was parked along westbound Interstate 70 in Donegal Township.
