Window damaged: A window was damaged at a house at 216 Pine St. between Feb. 10 and Feb. 17, state police said. The property is owned by Thomas Makcen of Carmichaels.

Access device fraud: A debit card owned by Lindley A. Walker Sr. of Fredericktown was used to withdraw $300 from an automatic teller machine at 688 Taylortown Road at 8:07 a.m. Feb. 13, state police said.

Burglary reported: A hunting camp at 2358 Golden Oaks Road was broken into between 8 a.m. Feb. 14 and 3:30 p.m. Feb. 15 and ammunition, a compound bow, digital clock, drill and radio-CD player were stolen. The property is owned by Sean R. Pindel of Pittsburgh.

Breaker box damaged: An electrical breaker box was damaged at Pumpkin Run Park between Oct. 6 and Sunday, state police said. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call state police at 724-627-6151.
