The Ralph K. Bell Bird Club of Greene County is accepting applications for its fifth annual scholarship to be awarded this April.
The $1,000 scholarship is open to any Greene County student who will be graduating this school year, or who will be a freshman or sophomore in college.
Applicants must have at least a 3.0 grade-point average and write an essay of at least 500 words about “The Birds of Greene County.” Completed applications must be received by March 31.
