Two charged: Heather Lynn George, 28, of 102 Hallam Ave., Washington, and Heather R. Cottrill, 32, of 69 W. Hallam Ave., Washington, were charged by state police with theft and unauthorized use of a vehicle. The two are accused of taking a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix, owned by Michael Hilderbrand, from outside the Cozy Corner bar, Canton, Dec. 13. The charges will be sent by summons from the office of District Judge David Mark.

Counterfeit money found: State police said a counterfeit $100 bill was passed Wednesday at The Meadows Racetrack & Casino. A woman passed the bill through a satellite cage, police said.
