Tires flattened: Tires were punctured on seven vehicles parked on South Washington and Lincoln streets between 10 p.m. Tuesday and 7 a.m. Wednesday, Waynesburg police said. The vehicles were parked in the 200 block of Washington Street and nearby on Lincoln Street. Tires were punctured with a sharp object, possibly a knife or screw driver, police said. The vehicles are owned by Robert Hoyle, Brandi Mankey, Ryan Martin and Elizabeth Mecham. Tires on two of Mecham’s vehicles were flattened. The owner of the two vehicles damaged on Lincoln Street did not wish to file a report with police.
