Carmichaels Women’s Civic Club will meet at 6 p.m. Feb. 7 in the fellowship hall of Carmichaels Methodist Church. All entries of the 2013 Arts Contest, “A Basketful of Arts,” will be on display. Guest speaker will be a member of the arts department at California University of Pennsylvania. All club members and contest winners are invited to attend. New members are welcome.
