Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Christopher Vonfisher, 20, of 986 Arch St., Washington; arson-related offense, driving under the influence, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; charged Aug. 22, 2011, and Jan. 1; sentence – 5 years of probation, $1,000 fine, restitution to be determined, no contact with victim,
Rebecca E. Fidler, 25, of 12 Shady Lane, Canonsburg; possession of a controlled substance; charged Aug. 6; sentence – 6 months of probation.
Jamar Jones, 19, of 50 Murray Ave., Uniontown; theft; charged June 10, 2012; sentence 3 to 23 months in jail with work release.
Brian Lloyd, 49, of 148 1/2 Scott Ave., Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged Sept. 30, 2011; sentence – 12 months of probation with the first 3 months on intensive supervision.
Danielle L. Africa, 32, of 475 E. Prospect, Washington; access device fraud; charged April 12, 2010; sentence – 23 months of probation with the first 3 months on intensive supervision, restitution to be determined.
Christian L. Askew, 26, 332 Indiana Ave., Monessen; carrying an unlicensed firearm; charged March 6; sentence – 2 to 4 years in state prison.
Jack Woods, 39, of 611 Division St., Monessen; public drunkenness; charged Sept. 28; sentence – $100 fine.
Thomas E. Currie, 38, of 100 W. Cherry Ave., Washington; four counts of burglary; charged Feb. 3; sentence – 2 to 4 years in prison, restitution of $950 plus more to be determined to Shorty’s, $200 to Krency’s, and more restitution to be determined to Jimmy’s.
Eric D. Bruno, 35, of 815 Maple St., New Eagle; simple assault, disorderly conduct; charged Jan. 14; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail with work release followed by 12 months of probation, no contact with victim, anger management counseling, restitution to be determined.
Sarah A. Lucy, 36, of 1207 Chess St., Monongahela; endangering the welfare of children; charged Sept. 23, 2011; sentence – 12 months of probation, parenting classes.
Jason Kyle, 32, of 419 Elmhurst Drive, Belle Vernon; possession with intent to deliver, resisting arrest; charged March 18; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail followed by 1 year of probation.
Carmen M. Namie, 26, of 400 Chestnut St., Donora; second offense of DUI; charged July 28; sentence – 30 days to 6 months in jail, 12-month license suspension, $750 fine.
Alex A. Richter, 21, of 214 A North Gallatin Ave., Uniontown; possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Oct. 26; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 12 months.
Henry C. Jackson, 24, of 438 Clover St., Brownsville; second offense of DUI; charged July 12; sentence – 23 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with the first 6 months on home monitoring and the first 3 months on SCRAM-X with work release, 18-month license suspension, $1, 600 fine.

Robert B. McCartney, 38, of 665 Fayette St., Washington; theft, simple assault, unlawful restraint, receiving stolen property; charged Sept. 10, 2011, March 4, 2012, and April 11, 2012; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, 30 months of probation, restitution to be determined
Skyler C. George, 22, of 88 Country Club Road, Washington; disorderly conduct; charged Dec. 23; sentence – court costs.
Laurenti J. Robertson, 22, of 205 Woodland Ave., Charleroi; burglary, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, theft by deception; charged Dec. 12, 2011, June 5, 2012, Jan. 13 and 23; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail followed by 12 months of probation with work release.
Jeffrey M. Armand, 25, of 114 N. Heide Lane, Canonsburg; simple assault; charged July 18; sentence – 18 months of probation, sexual offender counseling, no contact with victim.
Roy G. Campbell II, 26, of 6 Nichols Lane, Eighty Four; indecent assault without consent; charged May 18, 2012; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail with work release, sexual offender classes, no contact with victim.
Zoe L. McQuain, 31, of 78 Cherokee Lane, Moundsville, W.Va.; 2 counts of retail theft; charged Oct. 11 and 17; sentence – 12 months of probation, ordered to pay $387 in restitution, no contact with Walmart or Kmart.
Shaney R. Lemasters, 27, of 508 Springdale Drive, Star City, W.Va.; simple possession; charged Nov. 28; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Jennifer R. Huffman, 26, of 590 Fayette St., Washington; simple assault; charged June 27; sentence – 12 months of probation, no contact with victim.
Leonard D. Watkins, 49, of 25 Circle Road, Daisytown; simple assault; charged Oct. 7; sentence – 6 to 23 months in jail.
Bradley J. Huber, 21, of 123 Bower Hill Road, Venetia; third offense of DUI; charged Sept. 21; sentence – 10 days to 18 months in jail, 18 months of probation, 12-month license suspension, $500 fine.
Ronald A. Patterson, 55, of 605 Ewing St., Washington; disorderly conduct, theft; charged Nov. 11 and Dec. 26; sentence – 2 to 4 months in jail.
Marlita Addis, 50, of 911 Shady Ave., Charleroi; defiant trespass and loitering and prowling; charged Sept. 30; sentence – 24 months of probation.
Nicholas J. Bogacki, no age, of 120 S. McDonald St., Apt. 304, McDonald; possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 28; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for six months.
Kenneth J. Dixon, 21, of 120 S. McDonald St., Apt. 304, McDonald; possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia; charged Nov. 28; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for six months.
Edward W. Haky, 33, of 390 Chartiers Run Road, Canonsburg; unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; charged Sept. 24; sentence – 30 days to 23 months in jail, ordered to pay $1,950 in restitution.
Jeremy C. Stover, 25, of 916 Watson St., Coraopolis; retail theft; charged Jan. 7; sentence – 18 months of probation, ordered to pay $3,324 in restitution, no contact with Walmart.
Appearing before Judge Edward Borkowski were:
Travis J. Hallam, 19, of 1209 Sycamore St., Washington; theft, two counts of conspiracy; charged Sept. 18 and Nov. 13; sentence – 30 months of probation, restitution to be determined.
Antonio A. Gentile, 34, of 334 Sawhill Road, Claysville; two counts of third offense of DUI; charged Sept. 22 and Dec. 31; sentence – 180 days to 12 months in jail, home monitoring, $2,000 fine.
Robert Haney, 38, of 101 Poplar Alley, Monongahela; theft, receiving stolen property, criminal trespass, criminal mischief; charged Oct. 22 and March 10; sentence – 3 years of probation, restitution to be determined.
Several people were admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program for first offenders. If they succcessfully complete the program they can petition the court to have their record expunged. Admitted by Borkowski were:
Patrick A. Cooper, 45, of 227 South St., Brownsville, was admitted for 12 months for operating a motor boat above no wake speed in a no wake area Aug. 26. He also received a 1-year suspension of watercraft operating privileges, and must complete a boating safety course.
Daren J. Pepper, 48, of Riverview St., Fredericktown, was admitted for 12 months for operating a vessel without proper lighting displayed and under the influence of alcohol on Sept. 2. He also received a 1-year suspension of watercraft operating privileges, and must complete a boating safety course.
Vicky L. Evans, 40, of 627 Conrad Ave., North Charleroi, was admitted for 12 months for displaying an expired sticker on her vehicle on Nov. 12.

Tony K. Armstead, 42, of 105 William St., McDonald, was admitted for 12 months for providing false identification to an officer on Oct. 7.
