Numerous people appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Holly M. Wolfe, 31, of 1001 1/2 Meadow Ave., Charleroi; reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; charged June 21 and 22, 2012 and July 12; sentence – 24 months of probation with the first 6 months on intense supervision, 50 hours of community service.

Lang A. Woytovich, 22, of 735 Thompson Ave., Donora; criminal mischief; June 3, 2012; sentence – 12 months of probation, restitution to be determined.

Timothy M. Tortorice, 47, of 109 Fairview Ave., Elrama; harassment, intimidation of a witness; charged Sept. 8 and Oct. 2; sentence – 24 months of probation, no contact with victims.

Corey A. Rose, 23, of 154 Highland Terrace, Donora; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged Nov. 18; placed in the the Probation Without Verdict program for 30 days.

Jacob A. Jarvis, 22, of 110 Prospect Ave., Charleroi; conspiracy, theft; charged Sept. 7; sentence – 9 to 23 months in jail, no contact with scrap yard.

Joseph T. Zupcic, 36, of 322 Kay St., Apt. 7, McDonald; third offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license; charged July 16, 2011; sentence – 24 months in the restrictive intermediate punishment program with the first 12 months on home monitoring, $2,700 fine.

Mark A. Wylie, 47, of 616 Spruce St., Canonsburg; harassment; charged Sept. 1; sentence – $100 fine.
