The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a flash flood watch for most of Western Pennsylvania, including Washington and Greene counties.
The flash flood watch is in effect until 10 p.m. today for Allegheny, Beaver, Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties.
The weather service is predicting a long line of storms moving into the area that could produce as much as 2 inches of rain in some parts, which might lead to flash flooding.
