Theft from home: Cora Puchi, 51, of Gladden Road, told borough police items were stolen from her home when her daughter invited people to their house over the weekend. Missing items included a Purple Heart medal, $70 in change, two Steeler rings, a Marine Corps knife and collectable lighters.
DUI charge: Amanda Lynn Rechichar, 31, of West Elizabeth, was charged with a driving under the influence after she was involved in a two-vehicle accident on Route 837 near Courtney Hill Road in Union Township shortly before 8 p.m. Friday, Southwest Regional police said.
Theft charge: Paul L. Schmac Jr., 27, of New Eagle, was charged with theft by Southwest Regional police for an incident at 3 Airport Road in Union Township at 5:30 a.m. July 18.
