Numerous people appeared recently in Washington County Court on criminal charges. Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:
Darrin Mackey, 21, of 10 Kennedy St., Republic; robbery; charged Dec. 7, 2011, with robbing the Cougar Mini Mart, 750 Lincoln Ave., North Charleroi, at gunpoint; sentence – 30 to 60 months in prison, $268 restitution.
Nathaniel Fitzgerald, 28, of 99 Third Ave., Monongahela; simple assault; charged May 15, 2008, with assaulting his then-girlfriend; sentence – 12 months of probation, domestic violence counseling.
Caryn M. Bregenser, 42, of 108 Highvue Drive, Venetia; driving under the influence of alcohol; charged Sept. 28 after a crash on Corporate Drive, Cecil, with a blood-alcohol content of 0.20 percent; sentence – 28 months in the Intermediate Punishment Program with the first 95 days on the SCRAM monitor and first 6 months home monitoring with work release, 18-month license suspension, $1,500 fine.
Tyrese Woods, 28, of 504 Hunters Ridge, Brownsville; two counts of harassment; charged Sept. 21, 2010, with making threats against two people by cellphone in Charleroi; sentence – 12 months of probation and no contact with victims.
Kiley L. McGrady, 30, of 352 Bow St., Stockdale; retail theft, defiant trespass; charged Oct. 12 for stealing $84 worth of merchandise from Walmart, South Strabane, and charged Dec. 4 for going to Walmart being told not to return; sentence – 18 months on high impact probation with the first 3 months on home monitoring.
Zachary Fincik, 24, of 312 10th St., Donora; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged May 6, 2012, on Meldon Avenue, Donora; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 30 days.
Robert J. Ciamacco, 52, of 249 Second St., Smithton; display of documents; charged Aug. 5 on Southpointe Boulevard, Cecil Township, with an altered license plate and no insurnace; sentence – 12 months of probation.
Nicole Davis, 26, of 269 Railroad St., Finleyville; two counts of retail theft, simple possession; charged Dec. 9, 2011, for stealing a purse from Dollar General, Charleroi; charged Aug. 28 at Rite Aid, Charleroi, and charged March 3 when police found heroin on her in Charleroi; sentence – 23 months in the Restrictive Treatment Program followed by 12 months probation, no contact with Dollar General, banned from Rite Aid, retail theft classes.
Kimberly A. Strawn, 41, of 819 Ewing St., Washington; possession of a controlled substance; charged July 16 after police where responding to a vehicle accident in Washington; placed in the Probation Without Verdict program for 12 months.
