The project manager for the College Street reconstruction project in Washington has announced the following blocks will be closed to traffic Monday through Thursday:

• Beau to Chestnut streets

• E. Chestnut to Walnut streets

• Walnut Street to Highland Avenue

Friday will be a make-up day for construction work if needed.

Donegal Construction Corp. of Greensburg is doing the work.
