First Federal of Greene County in Buffalo Township is accepting monetary donations for a Taylorstown family who lost their home to fire last Friday.

Those wishing to help Thomas Melvin Hewitt, Hillary Smith and their three young children can send checks made out to either Hewitt or Smith to First Federal of Greene County, 2980 S Bridge Road, Washington, PA 15301. The checks should include the notation “For donation.” For more information, call the bank at 724-225-8942.
