Flood watch in effect for area

The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch until 4 p.m. today for all of Western Pennsylvania. Widespread heavy rain is possible this morning and into this afternoon. The ground is saturated from previous rain and more moderate to heavy rain could cause flooding.
