Jury finds driver guilty of third DUI

A Washington County jury on Friday found an Upper St. Clair man guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol on Hays Road near his home.
Peters Township police stopped a vehicle driven by Gregory C. Tomasetti, 44, of 2620 Monterrey Drive, on March 24, 2011. Court records show Tomasetti had a blood-alcohol level of .13.
This was Tomasetti’s third DUI offense, and the second in Peters Township. Judge Katherine Emery ordered Tomasetti to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation at the CARE Center in advance of sentencing May 24.
