Teen accused of rape at Cal U. apartments

California police have filed a rape charge against a Huntingdon man in connection with an incident at an off-campus California University of Pennsylvania apartment complex.
Police say 19-year-old Jeremy Posey forcibly sexually assaulted a female about 5 a.m. Saturday following a small gathering at Vulcan Village. The alleged victim was transported to Mon Valley Hospital by Brownsville EMS.
Posey was arraigned and placed in Washington County Jail on $30,000 straight bond. A preliminary hearing date was not immediately set.
