Numerous people recently appeared in Washington County Court on criminal charges.

Appearing before Judge John DiSalle were:

Robert L. Bird, 41, of 68 Arden Station Road, Washington; obscene material depicting a minor, corruption of minors, interference with custody of children; charged Aug. 8 after police found pictures on his phone of 17-year-old girl with whom he admitted to having sex; sentence – 1 year less 1 day to 2 years less 2 days in jail, ordered to attend perpetrator counseling.

Ciara Laidley, 31, of 899 Twilight Hollow Road, Charleroi; possession of cocaine with intent to deliver; charged after selling crack cocaine to an informant Sept. 6, 2011, at her residence; sentence – 1 year less 1 day to 2 years less 2 days in jail.

Chaz A. Selinsky, 19, of Monongahela; theft from a motor vehicle; charged for stealing items from vehicles at various locations in Carroll Township between July 12 and July 14; sentence – 23 months of probation on intensive supervision.

Darryl N. Lilliard, 31, of 193 Park Ave., Natrona Heights; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged following a traffic stop Feb. 25 on Interstate 79 in Cecil Township; sentence – 30 days of probation.

Bryan C. Horner, 37, of 499 Baird Ave., Apt. 4, Washington; retail theft; charged for stealing a bottle of soda June 29 from CVS pharmacy, 175 W. Beau St., Washington; sentence – 18 months of probation on intensive supervision, ordered to attend retail theft classes.

Brandon Kelly, 26, of 531 Highland Ave., North Charleroi; theft; charged June 15 for stealing an air conditioner from a neighbor; sentence – 6 to 23 months on electronic home monitoring.

Jason A. Stenger, 34, of 602 Park Ave., Canonsburg; five counts of burglary, theft and criminal mischief, one count of attempted burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia; charged for stealing copper from various locations in Canonsburg between December 2011 and January 2012; sentence – Intermediate Punishment Program for 24 months followed by 6 years of probation.

Samuel J. Secreti, 45, of 79 McConnell Road, Cecil; theft by deception; charged Oct. 7 for not delivering a car to an online buyer; sentence – 3 to 23 months in jail, ordered to pay $801 in restitution.

Joseph K. Hopkins, 52, of 1511 Hillcrest St., Washington; first offense of DUI; charged March 31 after police responded to a fight at Henderson and Allison avenues in Washington, and he admitted to being involved in an earlier crash; BAC of 0.193 percent; sentence – 6 months of probation, $300 fine.

Andrew P. Lezzi, 18, of 293 High Rise Drive, Blairsville; possession of a small amount of marijuana; charged on Aug. 3 during a traffic stop at Park Avenue and Main Street in Washington; placed in the probation without verdict program for 30 days.

Michael E. Allen, 46, of 825 Fayette St., Washington; second offense of DUI, driving with a suspended license; charged Feb. 3 following a traffic stop on West Chestnut Street, Washington, with a BAC of 0.166 percent; sentence – 90 days to 60 months on electronic home monitoring, 12-month license suspension, $1,750 fine.

Kevin E. Lehman, 36, of 8 Walnut St., Ellsworth; unsworn falsification; charged with providing false information when purchasing a firearm; sentence – 12 months of probation, prohibited from firearm possession.
