A third person has filed to run for a seat on Washington City Council.

Tracie Rotunda Graham, 52, filed as a Republican candidate for a four-year term on council.

Her petition was inadvertently overlooked Tuesday at the filing deadline.

Graham has resided in Washington for the past 16 years and is employed at Washington Health Systems as a medical billing specialist.

She said she was running for council to improve council’s dialogue on important issues facing the city.

Incumbents Matt Staniszewski, a Republican, and Joe Manning, a Democrat, are seeking re-election to council.

Two council seats are up for grabs.
