District Judge David Mark recently was recertified after completing continuing legal education course work conducted by the Minor Judiciary Education Board of the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts. Topics included in the curriculum were updates on civil law, landlord/tenant law, criminal law and the motor vehicle code.

Mark hears cases involving incidents in Canonsburg, Houston and Chartiers Township.
